I heart Utah. Here's why:
Every time I go to V's house, he gives me a tour. Even if he gave me the tour the day before. And the day before that. "S, this is my mom. This is my vacuum. That's my dad. C'mon upstairs. This is my mom's room. This is my room." In pretty much that order, too! He cracks me up.
My sister's six month old twins (R on the left, C on the right). They are getting so big! They love to stand.
Everyone loves the twins.
.D, who is four and in pre-school, can read. Not just a few words and not just memorized. He read me a Sesame Street book and a Little Critter book ("Baby Sister Says No"). If you try to skip parts when reading to him, he'll call you out on it!
Completely unrelated side note: T thought he would have to drive a rental van (12 seats) full of gear for the film thing. Except he had to drive this behemoth thing instead. And it was a manual transmission.
We dyed Easter eggs and had an Easter egg hunt! I love doing this. I would do it even if there weren't any grandbabies around.
T and I hid the eggs for the kids the first round.
The second round the kids (and T) hid the eggs for the adults to find.
D and R hid 6 eggs in this tree!
The twins (this one is R) are so cuddly.
Mom with L (Wolverine) and C.
It wouldn't be a family get together without soccer.
Red light, green light.
C has two teeth and loves to eat things. Like his shoes and Grandpa's hair.

Oh how fun to have Easter in March! They are sure cute babies. It was so good to see you.
ReplyDeleteYay for Easter eggs and hunts. Did we hide eggs outside when you were little? I think we did inside. What a limitation!
ReplyDeleteyou know, at first, I couldn't figure out the wolverine reference... then a light went on! Duh. Love it. The kids had so much fun with you and Tyler.
