Anyway, I got the Friday after Thanksgiving off from work so T and I headed to Arizona to be with T's extended family. They are a wonderful bunch of people. We stayed at T's cousin's house and didn't make anything for Thanksgiving. Don't worry, we have manners and asked if we could bring anything but were told not to. Also, it was cousin B's birthday on Thanksgiving! so we brought her some flowers.
We watched some of the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade (that my cousin M worked on!) then headed over to T's aunt's house for dinner. T's sister's family came down to Arizona, too. We watched some football with Uncle R then got down to business. Eating, that is. T carved the turkey.
Dinner was excellent. So was dessert. You know I love pie. I do. A lot. Aunt D made the best apple pie I have ever had. Seriously sooooooo good. I could have eaten the whole thing by myself. Then we watched some more football then we ate some more food. Rinse and repeat. Several times.

We didn't do any Black Friday shopping. Well, we kinda did. We didn't get up early at all. Around 11 we went to a few stores and didn't buy anything and spent most of the time looking for parking spots. Then T's Aunt D took us all out to see "Tangled."
T and I both loved it. It made me laugh and cry. Twice. But I'm a crier. We're definitely going to buy it when it comes out.
After the movie we picked up T's brother J from the tiny airport and went out for pizza before we headed back to the party house (Aunt D's) where we, of course, watched more football! I seriously enjoyed this portion of Thanksgiving because we don't have a TV and I haven't seen a football game in a over a year!
Don't worry, we didn't spend the entire weekend watching football. We also chatted and had a ton of fun playing Loaded Questions. We even got Uncle R to play games with us, which never happens, which I find hard to believe because he is such a natural. I'm glad we got everyone to play. T's relatives are hilarious.
On Saturday, cousin B's husband took us out on the Ranger. It was kinda scary but also tons of fun.
Cousin B was so fantastic. She made us the most delicious breakfasts every morning.
We went out to dinner then to the town water tower lighting. The youngest Cousin B danced in the program. We were going to get some awesome pictures, but the camera was totally crapping out. I hope it's not dying. Our other camera is already dead...
We had a perfectly wonderful time. I think this might turn into a tradition...

Oh so fun! I am ready to see you again whenever you and T make it to Utah :)
