Tide pools

I've never seen tide pools before.  So we went exploring and took our friend K.  It was actually kind of chilly.  I know - I'm turning soft.

Cool rock formations!  And my white legs!

The waves would break right at the rocks then the water would flow over the rocks and look like little waterfalls.

Doesn't this look like a "Little Mermaid" rock / wave situation? 

I had to find a stick for poking around.  Do you know how hard it is to find a stick on the beach?  Very.
